The Veterinary Practice Broker (VPB) is a full-service brokerage firm working exclusively with veterinarians in California. This relationship to the veterinary profession allows us to maintain a level of expertise regarding market conditions for all types of veterinary practice and real estate transactions.
VPB is owned by Stuart Jay Yasgoor, a California licensed real estate broker and business/tax attorney. Mr. Yasgoor has specialized in representing veterinarians in all legal aspects of their business activities for more than 30 years. Mr. Yasgoor is a frequent lecturer at veterinary conferences throughout the Western United States, and is an instructor in the practice management curriculum at U.C. Davis School of Veterinary Medicine. He has authored numerous articles on a wide range of topics relevant to the veterinary profession, and is past chair of the CVMA Economics Task Force.
